Why are dues needed?

Dues are used to fund regular and recurring expenses incurred by the Hunter's Hollow Homeowners Association (HHHA) during the course of the calendar year. The cost of a one year membership in the HHHA is forty dollars ($40). The expenses for the HHHA includes those expenses associated with maintaining the two entrances, one on Dexter Road and one on Cordova Road in addition to operation of the security skycop cameras located at each entrance. Maintenance at the two entrances includes bi-weekly landscaping, irregation and lighting. Additional expenses are incurred for postage, mailings, publishing and required reports to the State of Tennessee. There are also expenses for operating the HHHA website.

Pay your dues using Zelle (Preferred Method)

Through your own banking app, use the Send Money by Zelle feature. Use the email address HuntersHHA@aol.com and we will receive your dues with no processing charges! Please include your name and address in the comment field!

Pay your dues using Venmo

PLEASE NOTE: Venmo and PayPal charge a $2.00 processing fee, so if you use either of these options, please make the amount $42.00 so the HOA gets the full benefit of your dues!
